HANNAH SIM-PHAN is a San Jose-based pastry chef and the CEO of Hannah, Inc.
Prior to the opening of her own shop, Hannah attended the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. After graduating CCA, she interned at The Palace Hotel under the program, focusing in pastry. From there, she worked at Sugar Butter Flour in Sunnyvale, Ca. for 3 years—ultimately inspiring her to start her own business in 2009.
